1. Secrets of Stockholm Walking Tours
Real Tours Stockholm reserves the right to cancel or vary this service in any way without notice. Reasonable effort will however, be made to maintain the schedule as advertised.

2. Participants will be required to advise the tour guide prior to the tour, if the participant suffers from any medical condition which may prevent the participant from undertaking the tour.

3. Real Tours Stockholm reserves the right to refuse any person, for whatever reason, participating in the tour, whether or not they have purchased a ticket. Tickets previously purchased will then be reimbursed.

4. Participants are not to record in any manner throughout the duration of the tour, as the information is the intellectual property of the Company.

5. Real Tours Stockholm excludes liability and will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from or connected with the tour. The Company is also not liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience arising from or incidental to any delay in the scheduled tour taking place.

6. In these conditions, the “Company” means Real Tours Stockholm its servants and agents and the “Participant/s” means the person or persons to whom this ticket is issued whether it is an individual or group.                                                                  << back
